• We use the quickest postal service DHL/EMS/FEDEX courier from Hong Kong and Australia Post within Australia to ensure your item is delivered toyou. In most circumstances 5-10 days to most parts of Australia. We aim for a delivery time within 76 hours inside major cities and regional areas may take longer but please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery less in most cases. We also aim to ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment however external factors may sometimes affect the delivery time frames.  Most cameras are shipped direct from our international warehouse.

• For your convenience your item can be tracked via DHL/EMS/FedEx tracking service to keep you informed on the progress of your delivery. Tracking numbers are provided.

• Please note: We will only post to eBay registered addresses or to the address
  that you provide at the time of eBay checkout.

• Due to security reasons, we do not offer pickup under any circumstances.

2. Items arriving damaged on arrival:  This is our responsibility to ensure items are packed securely before shipment.
3. Replacement of item if necessary

When wanting to initiate your warranty, please contact us and we will direct all inquiries with immediately to our warranty service company.

Return your item to us (at your cost) and once received your item will be inspected by our warranty service company, and we will email you within 14 working days to describe errors found with the product and plans to fix or replace your item.

We will do our best to attend to your item within this time period but if for any reasons, due to manpower and/or workload we unable to fulfil this we will keep you well informed.  Once item has been rectified, it will be sent back to you via Registered Air Mail or Courier Service. 

We take pride in our warranty program. We will ensure that your item is well taken care off and ensure we describe each detail to you in exact detail.

All decisions are to be made by The DCS and warranty service company in any circumstance.  If item is found to be of deliberate misconduct, The DCS will have to charge you a fee for return of the item as is.

Warranty is however void once the item is sold to a third party
