• We use the quickest postal service FedEx/DHL/EMS courier from Hong Kong and Australia Post within Australia to ensure your item is delivered to you. In most circumstances 2-4 days to most parts of Australia. We aim for a delivery time within 76 hours inside major cities and regional areas may take longer but please allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery less in most cases. We also aim to ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment however external factors may sometimes affect the delivery time frames.  Sometimes during busy periods we may not have certain cameras in Adelaide but will ship them direct to you from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

• For your convenience your item can be tracked via FedEx/DHL/EMS tracking service to keep you informed on the progress of your delivery. Tracking numbers are provided upon request.

• Due to security reasons, we do not offer pickup under any circumstances.

Warranty

• We offer a 12 months Australian warranty for any manufacturer defects. Your item will need to be returned to our authorized service centre in

Adelaide where we will take action about your claim and have your item replaced. Your item will then be returned to your nominated address at no cost to you. Warranty does not cover - data, software loss or damage by virus, damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with this unit or business loss due to malfunctions.
