• We use the quickest postal service DHL/EMS courier from Hong Kong and Australia Post within Australia to ensure your item is delivered to you. In most circumstances 2-4 days to most parts of Australia. We aim for a delivery time within 76 hours inside major cities and regional areas may take longer but please allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery less in most cases. We also aim to ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment however external factors may sometimes affect the delivery time frames.  Sometimes during busy periods we may not have certain cameras in Adelaide but will ship them direct to you from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

• For your convenience your item can be tracked via DHL/EMS tracking service to keep you informed on the progress of your delivery. Tracking numbers are provided upon request.

• Due to security reasons, we do not offer pickup under any circumstances.

• Cameras over $1300 may have import duty payable which is the responsibility of the purchaser.  For further information please contact us.

• Shipping insurance is an option for your peace of mind we strongly recommend you to take this option.
